Smith’s first venture into the world of helmets for mountain bikes started in 2014 with the introduction of the light Forefront. Then, four years later, they released”2 “2” with some notable improvements that included a slimmer design, better ventilation, and a more spacious, comfortable fitting. After a couple of months of tests, we discovered that the Forefront 2 MIPS has a good combination of top features, comfort and weight as well as protection.
